Peter is firmly committed to promoting inclusion and diversity in the workplace. His dedication aims to drive the growth of companies and cultivate a more inclusive world

Sal is a Senior Advisor to CEOs, boards, infrastructure funds, and startups in the TMT industry, specializing in innovative technologies like AI and digital transformation. He is dedicated to driving workplace innovation, with a focus on leveraging technology to empower women and foster a more inclusive and diverse environment


With over 25 years of experience as a top ICT Global Executive, Sal has collaborated with Fortune 100 companies such as Nokia and Tata, as well as pioneering AI/ML startups. Dr. Anna Steinzeig


Dr. Anna Steinzeig is a neuroscientist, speaker, and consultant working at the intersection of brain science, modern work, and mental wellbeing. 


She holds a PhD in neuroscience from the University of Helsinki and has completed Coaching Essentials at INSEAD, combining scientific depth with practical leadership tools. 


Having lived and worked in four different countries, Anna brings a global perspective on how different cultures handle stress, productivity, and leadership. Drawing on years of research into brain plasticity and the stress response, as well as her own experience of working in fast growing companies, she supports leadership teams in redesigning work to reduce burnout risk, protect focus, and build healthy high-performance cultures. 


Anna is the creator of Humans, Rewired and the co-founder of U•MAN, a research-based consultancy focused on workplace wellbeing and people-oriented culture. Blending evidence-based frameworks with honest storytelling, Anna invites organizations to become places where people can do excellent work without sacrificing their mental health.

Gina Buckney


Gina Buckney is an internationally recognised expert in corporate transformation and workplace wellbeing. A two-time TEDx speaker, United Nations Women’s Delegate, and one of the UK’s leading voices on the future of work, she brings over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale transformation for global organisations including BT, Barclays, HBOS and Lloyds Banking Group.

The first in her family to attend university, Gina rose quickly through male-dominated sectors. At just 27, she became Contract Director at BT, leading more than 250 people across the UK and India. By 29, she was Head of UK Customer Service, managing over 450 staff and driving major service improvements. Her journey in high-pressure environments shaped her mission: helping people — especially women — succeed without sacrificing wellbeing.

Today she is the Founder of Your People Power, a consultancy using strategic transformation, neuroscience-based learning, and leadership development to reshape workplaces. Gina has partnered with organisations such as HSBC, Microsoft, Amazon, BASF and The British Army. Her book Think of Your Mind Like a Computer introduces a breakthrough approach to focus and resilience.

A passionate advocate for Women in Tech and gender equality in STEM, she collaborates with UN Women UK to advance real societal progress.
